TechHandyman Ireland ("we", "us") is a small, Ireland-based tech support business. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you submit through the contact form on this site.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect only what you type into it:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• The service you're enquiring about, if selected
• The message you write

We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site, and we don't collect any information beyond what you submit through the form.

Why we collect it

Solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We don't use it for marketing, don't sell it, and don't share it with anyone except the service that delivers the form to us (see below).

How your enquiry is handled

The form is powered by Web3Forms, a third-party service that receives your submission and forwards it by email to our inbox. Web3Forms is based in the United States, so submitting the form involves an international transfer of your information to their systems in order to deliver it to us. Once delivered, your message is stored in our business Gmail inbox like any other email.

This site is hosted on Netlify, which — like any web host — keeps basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) of visits for security and operational purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably useful for responding to you and keeping a record of past business enquiries. If you'd like your message or contact details deleted, just ask — see contact details below.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw consent to being contacted at any time
• Complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission if you believe your information has been mishandled
